Mr. Ludwick's practice focuses are litigation and gaming. Prior to joining Rosette & Associates, he worked "of counsel" with a law firm in San Rafael, California, where he gained experience working for several California Indian Tribes. Brendan has experience representing tribal governments and entities in state and federal litigation on issues including gaming and cultural resource protection.
Brendan has published articles in legal journals on the topics of federal trust doctrine and federal jurisdiction over tribal governments. He received his Juris Doctorate at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and his undergraduate degree in political science at Berkeley. He is admitted to practice law in the State of California and Washington DC.
Brendan is an enrolled member of the Kickapoo Tribe of Oklahoma.
