Mr. Duran has over five years of experience in Indian Law. His primary practice areas are gaming related and include advising tribes, tribal entities and gaming facilities on tribal, federal and state legal and legislative matters. Mr. Duran has also served as a general and special counsel to tribes, tribal gaming facilities and tribal gaming agencies.

Jack's litigation experience includes representing tribal clients in federal and state court and before administrative agencies. Jack's accomplishments include serving as second chair in a multi-million dollar arbitration whereby he assisted to substantially reduce his tribal clients liability. Jack has assisted tribal clients develop and administer tribal boards and commissions.

Jack is a dedicated community servant and has been appointed to several community posts of honor. Jack presently serves as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Roseville Joint Union High School District and as a Pro Tem Judge for the Placer County Peer Court.
