Ms. Bogda is experienced in multiple practice areas including federal Indian law, land use and environmental planning, tribal state and federal regulatory law, tribal government, tribal sovereignty, economic development, taxation, gaming, land into trust, Indian housing, ICWA, and energy, environmental, water and natural resource law.
Ms. Bogda's extensive experience includes providing advice and representation to tribal, state and federal governments in a wide variety of matters. She has negotiated gaming compacts, and has negotiated and drafted numerous agreements on behalf of her tribal clients. She has assisted tribal clients in the formation of corporate entities and frequently drafts tribal ordinances, resolutions and charter documents in furtherance of such entities. In addition, Ms. Bogda is experienced in drafting tribal codes and policies.
Ms. Bogda is an enrolled member of the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe, Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe. She is admitted to the Minnesota Bar (1997) and the South Dakota Bar (2005).
