Ms. Williams has over 11 years of high-profile, complex litigation experience in state and federal court. She spent 7 years representing Fortune 500 companies at renowned national law firms, and spent the past 4 years representing class action plaintiffs against corporate fraud at Milberg LLP. Ms. Williams is experienced in all phases of litigation including trial, mediation and settlement, having represented clients in many areas of the law including business disputes, unfair competition, toxic torts, securities, financial fraud, intellectual property, and litigation against governmental entities. Ms. Williams now uses her litigation experience on behalf of Tribal clients.
Ms. Williams is an enrolled member of the Wabauskang Band of Ojibwe in Ontario, Canada.
