Michael Kellis is a talented young corporate and finance attorney. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with an emphasis in Finance from Brigham Young University, where he also competed at the Division I-A level in the Decathlon.  After a year of law school in Denver, Mr. Kellis transferred back home to complete a dual program of study that culminated in Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from Arizona State University.

Mr. Kellis aggressively asserts the interests of clients through open-minded negotiation and, when necessary, litigation.  He has been instrumental in stepping in to quickly resolve disputes that had previously extended years. Michael has provided services for individuals, corporations, and other entities in front of the Arizona Board of Nursing, Federal Bankruptcy Courts, the Arizona Department of Revenue, the Internal Revenue Service, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and various district and superior courts.  He has also been engaged in international disputes and has successfully represented the interests of clients in both foreign and domestic jurisdictions before municipalities, boards, councils, and other non-judicial decision making entities.

In addition to these traditional attorney assignments, Mr. Kellis has played key entrepreneurial roles with some truly innovative projects.  Michael has aided in the development of a software company providing campaign management services, a sports arena construction and management venture that included legends in the resort design and arena management industries, and the management of an AFL2 arena football franchise.  Michael has also been on the front lines of real estate development, aiding in the zoning and entitlement process for a half-billion dollar portfolio located in and around the Phoenix area.

Mr. Kellis enjoys the outdoors whenever possible.  While he loves his work, Michael spends his most cherished time with his beautiful wife and two scrappy sons.
