Prior to joining Rosette & Associates, Mr. Cochrane worked as an attorney for the Intertribal Court of Southern California, where he assisted in the development of tribal judicial systems. During law school, Mr. Cochrane clerked for the narcotics and major frauds divisions of the United States Attorney’s Office. He also engaged in environmental litigation under the California Environmental Quality Act through an internship at the University of San Diego Environmental Clinic.
Mr. Cochrane is admitted to practice law in California and Oregon and is a descendant of the White Earth Chippewa Tribe of Minnesota.
